Monica Tudor M.A., R.P.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
and have been a member of The Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrics
and Psychotherapists (OACCPP) since 2012. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy/CBT, and my professional experience is solidly anchored in this approach. I also
incorporate knowledge from ERP, neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic and experiential
therapy into my practice to enhance its effectiveness.

Throughout my career, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals dealing with various challenges
such as trauma and loss, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and
navigating life transitions such as separation, parenthood, and recovery from accidents.

In addition, I specialize in working with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety disorders
(including but not limited to OCD, Selective Mutism, and social anxiety), depression, self-regulation
difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence, bullying, and developing healthy relationships.

I have a genuine and compassionate way of relating to clients and believe the effectiveness of
psychotherapy is greatly influenced by the relationship between the therapist and the client. With this
in mind, I strive to create a safe, trusting, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for children,
adolescents, and adults to explore their struggles and receive the support they need.

I provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for children (8 years old and above), adolescents, and adults. To see if the services I provide are a good fit for you , I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Outside of the therapy room, I cherish spending quality time with my husband, two children, and our
pets, including a dog and guinea pigs. I have a deep appreciation for the little things in life and enjoy
engaging in various forms of art, as I consider myself an old soul at heart.
