Lynda Stockwell M.S.W. R.S.W.
Social Worker Psychotherapist
Lynda has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has been a practicing social worker since 1990. She has developed an expertise in individual and couples therapy . She provides service to clients aged 14 years and up. Lynda also offers clinical supervision to social workers.
Vicki Vopni M.S.W. R.S.W.
Social Worker Psychotherapist
Vicki has been in the counselling field for over 19 years. She has experience counselling children, adolescents, adults and families around trauma related issues in a health care setting. In addition to her private practice, her employment history and experience includes working in a hospital Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre for over 17 years.

Sara Notenboom M.A., R.P.
Sara works with individuals, couples and families, and is comfortable working with an array of presenting issues including impacts of childhood abuse/trauma, self-esteem, relational concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress management, and coping with anger.
Marisa Pohjola M.A., R.P.
Marisa has a wealth of experience with a range of emotional issues including: grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Marisa also provides E.M.D.R. as one of her modalities of service. She works with teens, adults and elders.
Monica McArthur BFA, B.ED, R.P. (Q)
Monica McArthur is an R.P. (Q) is completing her thesis with the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. She works with clients age 10 and up, with particular interest and expertise in treating teens and young adults and families. She integrates DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, and Narrative informed approaches into her art and talk therapy sessions.
Helen Vozinidis M.S.W., R.S.W.
Helen describes her practice as a safe place that honors, respects and gives voice to painful experiences. She believes everyone has the ability to heal and discover that even one’s vulnerabilities often unveil innate personal strength and resilience. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and directed by the needs of her clients. She utilizes E.M.D.R., Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Sandtray and Play Therapy modalities.
Tatjana Krajnjan M.S.W., R.S.W.
Tatjana is a caring, knowledgeable and empathic clinician with over 18 years of experience providing individual, couples and family therapy. She has experience helping people with a broad range of issues and has expertise in working with Tics and Tourette’s Syndrome and Body-focused repetitive behaviours.
Megan Lawrence M.A., R.P.
Megan is passionate about journeying alongside you and to help the unmanageable become a little more manageable. Her highest priority is to offer a warm and non-judgmental space where you can experience healing, insight and change. Megan works with pre-teens, teens, adults and couples.
Melissa Scheichl M.S.W., R.S.W.
Melissa Scheichl is a social worker psychotherapist with Masters Degrees in Social Work and Education. She works with couples to strengthen and improve relationships and also supports those who have made the difficult decision to separate to do so in a way that is respectful, kind and strives to impart minimal damage to each other and/or children. Melissa has expertise in working with Men who find themselves experiencing challenges in their relationships with themselves and others. Melissa also works with individuals who find themselves in crisis or major life transitions and those who need support due to caregiver fatigue as they care for others with chronic health conditions. She offers a non-judgemental, empathetic and goal-oriented approach to counselling.
Charlotte Currie R.P. (Q)
Charlotte tailors her style to each individual based on their strengths, perspectives, and preferences. She believes that by offering clients a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere, and her genuine care and attention, they will feel empowered to reach their fullest potential. Charlotte uses trauma-informed and strength based practices, and draws from a variety of modalities in her work with clients, such as Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brainspotting.
Monica Tudor M.A., R.P.
Monica provides psychotherapy to individuals dealing with challenges such as trauma and loss, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and navigating life transitions such as separation, parenthood, and recovery from accidents. She has a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
In addition, she specializes in working with children (age 8 and up) and adolescents who struggle with anxiety disorders (including but not limited to OCD, Selective Mutism, and social anxiety), depression, self-regulation difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence, bullying, and developing healthy relationships.
