I hold a deep appreciation and understanding for each of my clients individuality, which enables me to connect with them, and establish a meaningful therapeutic relationship. I recognize that each client represents a mosaic of experiences, identities and strengths, that all shape their internal landscapes. On a professional, and personal level, I am determined to become familiar with the intricacies that make up each client’s self, and help them overcome barriers, enhance well-being, and gain valuable self-insight.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working under supervision of a Registered Social Worker.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I work with individuals from the adolescent, adult and elderly populations. I specialize in Trauma-informed approaches and neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ communities. I have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression and OCD.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation and offer both in-person and virtual service.
