Megan Lawrence R.P.

Style and Approach:

Life presents many challenges and we often aren’t sure where and when to ask for help. When we can talk about our experiences, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. I am passionate about journeying alongside you and to help the unmanageable become a little more manageable. This is done through evidence-based therapies and years of supervised practice.

In relationships it is normal to experience distance and longing. To uncover these challenges and I would like to help you find out how to connect on a deeper level. My highest priority is to offer a warm and non-judgmental space where you can experience healing, insight and change. Some of my specializations include: adoption, anger, anxiety, divorce, family conflict, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality and self-esteem.

Qualifications:

I received a Masters of Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and member of good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
